Job description
We are hiring a 3+ year litigation associate with relevant experience for its labor & employment litigation practice group. You must be licensed in California – no exceptions. Experience in single-plaintiff employment and wage & hour experience (especially group wage & hour) are required. Associate would play pivotal role in growing a rapidly expanding and dynamic national and West Coast employment practice. Strong writing skills, being a self-starter, disciplined, and proactive are a must. Experience taking and/or defending depositions, preparing for trial and/or trial experience are recommended but not necessary. Join the firm that is a bold differentiator in the industry.
